在安裝調試之前應先檢查控制器、按鈕盒、卷門機、行程開關、電剎車的連接線是否正常，確認后在進行調試。

1、相序調整：接入三相380V50HZ電源，接通空氣開關，若電源指示燈閃爍故障燈亮故障反饋開關常閉并發(fā)出救護笛的報警聲則表明相序錯誤，可將三相電源進線中的任兩相交換即可?？刂破鞯南嘈驒z測正確，操縱按鈕觀察卷簾門運行方向，若卷門機運行方向與按鍵相反，將卷門機三相接線中任意兩相交換即可。

2、中位位置設置以及形成學習：接通電源將控制板上撥嗎開關SW1置于on的位置，SW2置于ON的位置可進入中停位置的設定和正常行駛行程的學習。

d：按上行鍵一次開始進入上行全程學習，卷門機開始上行達到上限位并自動停止，上行全程學習完畢。

e：按上行鍵一次開始進入中停位置學習，卷門機開始下行達到距地面1.8M處按停鍵，下行中位置學習完畢。

f：再按一次下行鍵，使卷門機達到下限位并自動停止，后半程學習完畢。

g：按上行鍵，使卷門機達到上限位并自動停止，正常行駛行程學習完畢。
